The founders of OTF\, Mitchell Jackson and Lisa Hupé\, shared a dream of creating a one-of-a-kind dance competition\, and worked tirelessly to make it a reality. \nSince its inception in 2012\, Mitchell and Lisa have been committed to making OTF an enjoyable and fulfilling experience for all participants. Drawing on their extensive dance backgrounds\, they aimed to create a competition that would offer dancers the opportunity to win scholarships to prestigious dance institutions\, while also learning from and connecting with industry professionals. To establish Canada’s premier dance competition\, it was essential to assemble the perfect team.
