Our aim is to provide opportunities for all performers to feel accomplished\, regardless of their skill level. \nAlthough we do have winners and scores in this competition\, we believe that every effort is worthy of recognition. Each performance represents a moment in time where there are factors that are within and outside of the performer’s control. For example\, a performer cannot control who they are competing against or how hard that person has worked. Sometimes\, the competition may have a better execution\, but that does not diminish the bravery and effort that the performer put into their own performance. At Inspire\, we reward excellence\, but we also value every performer’s courage and hard work.

DESCRIPTION:In 2010\, Inspire was launched with the goal of giving every child the chance to succeed through public performance. Our aim is to provide opportunities for all performers to feel accomplished\, regardless of their skill level. \nAlthough we do have winners and scores in this competition\, we believe that every effort is worthy of recognition. Each performance represents a moment in time where there are factors that are within and outside of the performer’s control. For example\, a performer cannot control who they are competing against or how hard that person has worked. Sometimes\, the competition may have a better execution\, but that does not diminish the bravery and effort that the performer put into their own performance. At Inspire\, we reward excellence\, but we also value every performer’s courage and hard work.
