Drawing on their extensive dance backgrounds\, they aimed to create a competition that would offer dancers the opportunity to win scholarships to prestigious dance institutions\, while also learning from and connecting with industry professionals. To establish Canada’s premier dance competition\, it was essential to assemble the perfect team.
