Our aim is to provide opportunities for all performers to feel accomplished\, regardless of their skill level. \nAlthough we do have winners and scores in this competition\, we believe that every effort is worthy of recognition. Each performance represents a moment in time where there are factors that are within and outside of the performer’s control. For example\, a performer cannot control who they are competing against or how hard that person has worked. Sometimes\, the competition may have a better execution\, but that does not diminish the bravery and effort that the performer put into their own performance. At Inspire\, we reward excellence\, but we also value every performer’s courage and hard work.

TDR also has a “Rage Wage” system that promotes respect for all dancers and studios\, and encourages studio spirit. They believe in supporting and learning from each other\, and their stage is a safe place where dancers can confidently express themselves. Any kind acts witnessed by TDR staff members can be rewarded with a “Rage Wage” that can be redeemed at their Swag Shop. TDR promises to make each competition exciting\, fun\, and filled with positive energy and memories that will last a lifetime for every family\, studio\, and dancer that joins the rage.
