Ontario Dance Sport – Thornhill (Ontario Championship ODS Qualifier for 2023 CCC & WDSF Worlds)

The Ontario Dancesport (ODS) is a non-profit organization based in Canada, dedicated to promoting competitive Ballroom Dancing and DanceSport in Ontario and Canada. Even though ODS has been in existence for more than four decades, it was officially incorporated as a non-profit entity on December 24th, 1991. The goal of the organization is to create more awareness and engagement in Ballroom Dancing and DanceSport at local, national, and global levels. ODS is a member of the Canada DanceSport (CDS), which is itself a member of the World DanceSport Federation (WDSF). ODS arranges two significant annual events, namely The Ontario Open Amateur Championship and The Ontario Closed Amateur Championship, as well as sponsoring the Canadian Closed Amateur Championships on alternate years with other provincial DanceSport organizations.
