TDR offers more than just a dance competition as they provide intensive programs for dancers aged 6 and above. The professional choreographers offer different styles to learn, new friends to meet, and potential professional opportunities that could lead dancers to the industry. TDR also has a “Rage Wage” system that promotes respect for all dancers and studios, and encourages studio spirit. They believe in supporting and learning from each other, and their stage is a safe place where dancers can confidently express themselves. Any kind acts witnessed by TDR staff members can be rewarded with a “Rage Wage” that can be redeemed at their Swag Shop.
